Senior Frontend Engineer at AVEA

We're growing our engineering team and looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong experience in React and TypeScript, and a good eye for building interfaces that feel fast and intuitive. You'll work closely with our design, engineering, and AI teams, turning ideas into production-ready products for clients across industries and geographies. Day to day, you'll be writing and reviewing code, contributing to architecture decisions, and collaborating directly with clients to understand what they actually need — not just what's in the brief. It doesn't matter if you've used every tool in our stack; what matters most is that you care about craft, communicate clearly, and enjoy figuring things out.

We're a fully remote, digital engineering company working with ambitious organizations around the world. We keep our teams small and cross-functional on purpose — usually just a handful of people per project — so everyone has real ownership over what they build. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term, take on more responsibility over time, and help shape how we work as we scale.
