AI / ML Engineer.
We're growing our engineering team and looking for an AI / ML Engineer with strong experience building and shipping machine learning systems in production. You'll work closely with our design, engineering, and AI teams, turning ideas into production-ready products for clients across industries and geographies. Day to day, you'll be designing and training models, building data and evaluation pipelines, integrating AI capabilities into real products, and collaborating directly with clients to understand what they actually need — not just what's in the brief. It doesn't matter if you've used every tool in our stack; what matters most is that you care about craft, communicate clearly, and enjoy figuring things out.

Main responsibilities
Design, train, and evaluate machine learning and AI models for production use cases;
Collaborate with design and product to turn concepts into working products;
Build and maintain data pipelines and model evaluation frameworks;
Integrate LLMs and AI services into client-facing applications;
Contribute to architecture decisions across multiple projects.

You should know this
3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production;
Strong knowledge of Python and common ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar);
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI product integrations;
Solid understanding of data pipelines, model evaluation, and MLOps practices;
Strong communication skills — you'll work directly with clients.
